The Sweater Series No. 3 | Bell Sleeves + Distressed Denim Combo

by Holly Swasko in

Happy Thursday and welcome to the final installment in my sweater series! Whether you're in need of some holiday style inspo, or maybe just some daily staples, I've got you covered with my top 3 picks!

If you missed my previous looks from this week, you can find them here: No. 1 and No. 2! Ready for look 3? Keep scrolling to get the details!

My last two looks were more on the neutral side, but one of the reasons I like this one so much is that it packs some different colors into the mix while still maintaining that balance and flow.

For my top, this bell sleeve crop from Forever21 is probably my favorite piece in my closet right now. I ordered the mustard shade online and a soon as I tried it on, I knew I wanted to go back and get more colors so I picked up this plum/wine color as well as a white one. The sleeves give any look such a cute silouhuette!

Since it's a pretty basic pick, I paired it with a multicolored plaid scarf from the new Target brand, A New Day! This scarf is a huge one when unfolded, so if you want a simple way to wear it, use my trick and tie two corners together and then wrap it twice around your neck for an instant infinity scarf!

If you follow me on Instagram, you might have seen me rave about these amazing distressed jeans from Refuge at Charlotte Russe! They have the perfect rise and stretch! I might reccomend sizing down since these have more give than regular denim! (These are also still buy one get one for $12.50 for now so go get them while they're cheap!)

Hope you enjoyed this mini-series as much as I enjoyed putting it together! Sweater weather is in full-swing and now that you have some ideas in mind, go ahead and treat yourself to some new ones for the holidays! You deserve it!
